Staff Success Story
I have been with Bright Side Dental for almost 5 years. In these past few years, I have been able to grow and advance quicker than any job I have had previously. Initially, when I found Bright Side, I wasn't looking to make a career out of dentistry. However, I have since changed my mind. The ability to grow and advance here is really impressive. I started off as a recall scheduler. Since then I have learned all the front desk posts and some clinical job duties as well. After becoming proficient in these areas, I was trained on how to train and mentor my fellow staff. I spent about a year and a half training all new incoming staff for all 9 locations. After success with our training program, I was offered the position of in-charge of our new patient scheduling office. I was trained on leadership skills and I continually learn new things about how to successfully lead a group and set them up for success. I am now on a management path and could not be happier with my current success and my plans for future success."
